Venue Capacity
Our historic barn comfortably seats up to 75 guests for an indoor seated event. By incorporating the Barn Terrace, you can comfortably host up to 100 guests with a mix of indoor and outdoor seating.
For celebrations with 100+ guests, our outdoor spaces provide additional flexibility, creating a relaxed flow between the barn, terrace, and farm grounds.
Please note: Indoor seated receptions inside the barn are limited to 99 guests.

Perfect for graduation parties, birthday celebrations, family reunions, corporate picnics, showers, or any relaxed gathering, our Barn Terrace & Canal Picnic Experience offers an open-air setting where guests can mingle, dine, and enjoy the farm at their own pace.
This space is ideal for events that don't require formal seating, giving everyone the freedom to spread out between the barn deck, picnic tables, and the scenic Erie Canal.

Overlooking the waters of the Erie Canal, our venue offers sweeping views, vibrant flower fields, and flexible gathering space across our historic barn, covered patio, and outdoor seating areas. Ample on-site parking is available for your guests.
Barn rentals are offered as a lodge-style venue rental. Clients are responsible for event set-up and take-down. Catering and staffing are not included; however, Event Coordination and Catering Packages are available for an additional fee.
