Barn rentals are offered as a lodge-style venue rental. Clients are responsible for event set-up and take-down. Catering and staffing are not included; however, Event Coordination and Catering Packages are available for an additional fee.

Our Wedding Venue Packages are designed exclusively for wedding celebrations and include private access to the Historic Barn, Barn Terrace, Canalside Ceremony area, available tables and chairs, and the freedom to create a day that reflects your unique style. Day-of Venue Coordinator services are available as an optional add-on for $2,000 or are included at no additional cost with the Full Wedding Weekend package.

  Enjoy exclusive access to the property all weekend, including rehearsal and dinner space, farmhouse access for your bridal party, and a complimentary Day-of Venue Coordinator (a $2,000 value) with venue setup, vendor coordination, and weekend management included.

These rates include the Full Barn in your rental, additionally includes the Barn Terrace & Picnic Grove. These rates are not wedding rates.

With a Full Barn Rental, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire venue, including the Historic Barn, Barn Terrace, and Canalside. Your rental includes (14) 60-inch round tables, (4) 8-foot banquet tables, (8) bar-height cocktail tables, a rustic wooden bar, an antique dessert or appetizer cart, and the flexibility to arrange the space to fit your vision. Available chairs are also included, making the venue ready for your personalized setup.

• Friday Evening – $1,000 | 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  Perfect for rehearsal dinners, corporate events, birthdays, and celebrations.

• Saturday Morning – $1,500 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  Ideal for brunch, showers, graduation parties, and daytime events.

• Saturday Full Day – $2,500 | 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  Our most popular option, offering plenty of time for your full day event.

• Sunday – $1,500 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  A relaxed and affordable option for family gatherings and special occasions.

These rates are for the 25×60 Barn Terrace with limited tables, chairs for your event and does not include the full Barn. This is assumed for smaller gatherings - you will utilize the picnic table grove along the waterfront for your event. These rates are not wedding rates.

Your rental includes access to the Barn Terrace and Canalside Picnic Grove, featuring (14) picnic tables along the Erie Canal, (5) 60-inch round tables on the deck with (30) chairs arranged for 6 guests per table, (4) bar-height cocktail tables, and (2) 8-foot banquet tables for food service, gifts, or décor. A beverage drink bin and Bluetooth speaker are also included, creating a relaxed, ready-to-enjoy setting for your gathering.
