Our rental offerings include:

  • Rustic Barn Venue: A 30×60’ open space framed by historic character and scenic views - perfect for ceremonies, receptions, or gatherings of up to 99 seated guests.

  • Covered Patio: A 25×60’ sheltered area that provides extra seating and flexibility for weather-ready entertaining.

  • Outdoor Spaces: Picnic tables, open fields, and canal views help make every photo moment stunning and every visit rich with atmosphere.

  • Overlooking the waters of the Erie Canal, our venue offers sweeping views, vibrant flower fields, and flexible gathering space across our historic barn, covered patio, and outdoor seating areas. Ample on-site parking is available for your guests.

    Barn rentals are offered as a lodge-style venue rental. Clients are responsible for event set-up and take-down. Catering and staffing are not included; however, Event Coordination and Catering Packages are available for an additional fee.

    • 25×60 Covered Patio (additional seating)

    • Covered Stage w/ 120+ AMP

    • A Drink Station / Bar with Refrigerator

    • (14) 60 inch round tables

    • (10) 8 ft rectangular tables

    • (100) Brown walnut padded chairs

    • 14 wooden picnic tables

    • Dessert cart

    • 2 ADA accessible bathrooms

    • Bistro lighting throughout the venue

  • While our Farm is beautiful year round, May-October provides the best backdrop for any event.

    • Friday Evening Rentals (3pm to 9pm)

    • Saturday Mornings Rentals (9am to 2pm)

    • Saturday Evening Rentals (3pm to 10pm)

    • Saturday All Day (9am to 10pm)

    • Sunday All Day (9am to 6pm)

    *Time frames are flexible but reflect our educational class schedule and farm store hours.

  • Homesteads for Hope loves to share our farm with new vendors! We welcome your choice registered & insured catering, bar, DJ, & photography vendors.
