Homesteads for Hope is a nonprofit community farm dedicated to cultivating inclusion, opportunity, and connection through agriculture. Located in Spencerport, New York, the farm provides hands-on classes, year long homesteading experiences, and community events that empower individuals of all abilities. Through intentional partnerships and accessible programming, Homesteads for Hope creates meaningful pathways for growth and pride .
