At Homesteads for Hope, we’re building a community where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, and belong. Nestled along the Erie Canal in Rochester, NY, our farm is both a classroom and a gathering place, welcoming adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to connect through inclusive programs, classes, and community events.

We always say our program apprentices are superheroes. Each comes with a sidekick and their own unique superpowers. Now we’re asking you to suit up beside them as we work together to build inclusion and grow purpose.
