Careers at Homesteads for Hope
Work that grows more than food.
Interested in working for a place that actually makes a difference? At Homesteads for Hope, we’re not just growing produce — we’re growing community, inclusion, and purpose.
We’re a working farm with a social mission: to create meaningful opportunities for people of all abilities to learn, grow, and thrive. Whether it’s through hands-on programs, community events, or our sensory-friendly spaces, we believe everyone deserves a place to belong — and we work hard to make that a reality every day.
We’re looking for team members who are compassionate, curious, hardworking, and not afraid to get a little dirt under their nails. From seasonal farm hands and support staff to program leaders and creative thinkers, every role here has an impact.
This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to be part of something bigger.
What we offer:
A mission-driven workplace rooted in inclusion and respect
Opportunities to grow your skills and passions
A beautiful outdoor environment (with chickens)
A team that works hard, laughs often, and celebrates small victories
